The jobholder is required to take responsibility for approximately 20 of these companies, maintaining the company secretarial records of such companies and ensuring their legal good standing, carrying out simple legal work for these companies and the Department as a whole and making filings to external agencies.
As well as being responsible for a given number of companies, the jobholder will be expected to be able to assist other members of the team with companies for which the jobholder is not directly responsible and be involved in the implementation projects and company restructurings on an ad hoc basis. 
The successful candidate will have been educated to degree level and will have a good command of the English language.  Ideally you should be working towards achieving the ICSA qualification and to have had at least 1 years experience of working in a company secretarial team.
